Power that refills itself.
AI's real bottleneck isn't chips — it's power, and the grid quotes years. We compose an entire power plant on your site in 120 days: grid-grade, lithium-free sodium-ion storage that solar and fuel-free generation keep full — so your compute never waits, and the tank never runs dry.
The queue is the competition.
We ship around it.
Interconnection queues quote years — and every month in the queue is compute you didn't deploy. River Tech runs manufacturing, integration, delivery and installation as one pipeline.
Same demand, two clocks. Queue timelines vary by region and are commonly measured in years; River Tech storage is contracted at 90–120 days from deposit. Site works and interconnection (where used) remain site-specific.
A pipeline, not a promise.
01Committed build slot
GW-scale manufacturing capacity, reserved the day you order. Your block enters a schedule, not a waitlist.
02US integration
American-made integration with US-sourced components — sovereign supply, documented at every step.
03Factory acceptance testing
Every block is tested under QMS discipline before it ships. Installed on site — not assembled there.
04One contracting face
A dedicated PMO from purchase order through delivery and installation. One signature, one schedule, one accountable owner.
Innovation. Engine. Outcomes.
Three things have to be true for power to show up on a date: the technology has to work, the delivery machine has to exist, and someone has to own the outcome. We built all three.
Technology you can inspect
Lithium-free sodium-ion storage, fuel-free onsite generation, water pulled from the air, and EnergyOS — River Tech's own control software. Working systems, not concept art.
A delivery machine
US integration, our American-made process, factory acceptance testing, and QMS discipline behind every block that ships. A pipeline, not a promise.
Energized MW, on a date
One contracting face from purchase order through delivery and installation — measured in days while the queue is measured in years.
One reservoir.
Draw what you need.
Think of it as an Energy Lake — a composable reservoir of power, and when you need them, compute and water, drawn on demand. Every layer is a complete product on its own. Take one, or combine them into a single system that orchestrates power instead of just holding it.
Prime power, without the fuel.
RTP — River Tech Power — is proprietary, fuel-independent onsite generation: 1 MW continuous per unit, 24 MWh daily. No fuel supply, no combustion logistics, no waiting on the grid. Working prototype — delivery expected 8–12 months.

RT BESS. Everything inside the block.
Lithium-free sodium-ion storage in 20-ft and 40-ft containerized blocks, sized to your site — an integrated DC/AC block (dual-mode) with built-in power conversion, thermal management, fire protection, EMS, and hot-swappable spares included as standard.

Solar tops off the lake.
High-efficiency bifacial panels add sovereign daytime generation — every sunlit hour tops up the sodium-ion storage, so the block leans harder on its own power and never on the grid. Generic, site-sized, and hardened to outlast the deployment.

Deployed where the power is.
Container-based AI/HPC compute co-locates with the energy block and runs on available onsite power — vendor- and stack-neutral, zero-trust security, no lock-in. Fully managed, bring your own stack, or bring your own compute.

Make your own water.
AI sites die on water as often as power — so the site makes its own: clean, fresh water pulled directly from the air, at any site within 20 miles of a water source. No municipal draw to fight for, no aquifer to drain. Prove water first; then build.
EnergyOS. The intelligence layer.
River Tech's own software — in active development — is being built to orchestrate generation, storage, and load as one system: load-following AI clusters, coordinating thermal and storage in real time, speaking to your data-center stack. The software advantage a battery in a box can't match.
Sodium-ion first.
Lithium-free by design.
The clean, dependable foundation for power that has to run continuously and be trusted at scale — with a thermal profile lithium can't match.
Bottom line: sodium-ion leads on safety, temperature range, lifecycle, and siting — lithium-free, no active cooling, and no lithium fire pathway.

Own it, or just buy the power.
Every component is modular: take RTP, RT BESS, or the integrated system on any model.
Own the platform
You hold the asset and capture available tax benefits, O&M included — the lowest lifetime cost for buyers with capital and tax appetite.
Energy-as-a-Service
A one-time fee deploys your platform; then pay a recurring rate for energy and guaranteed availability. No capital wait, no tax appetite required.
Power Purchase Agreement
Buy the electricity at an agreed rate over the term — pay only for the power delivered. The familiar route for teams that budget by the kilowatt-hour.
Under the service models, a dedicated project entity owns the platform and delivers the energy. Tax-credit eligibility is indicative and depends on final project structure. System pricing is provided under separate quote.
Built to a federal standard of trust.
Federal credibility makes the commercial story believable — sovereign supply, zero-trust security, and mission-critical resilience for the AI build-out.
- Zero-trust securitySecurity posture engineered for mission-critical and federal environments.
- American-madeSovereign-supply integration, built onshore.
- Incentive-ready†Built onshore — may qualify for federal energy incentives.
Name the load.
We'll name the date.
Tell us about your load, your timeline, and your site. We'll show you the date your power is energized — sovereign, American-made, and measured in days, not years.
